Cold Coffee Punch
Ingredients:
3.5 litres whole milk
2 litres of vanilla ice cream
2 litres of chocolate ice cream
4 tablespoons Continental XTRA/Speciale
2 cups of sugar
1 cup of water
Instructions:
Step 1: In a saucepan, mix the coffee, sugar, and water and heat until melted.
Step 2: Refrigerate until the the liquid forms a syrupy substance.
Step 3: Pour chilled syrup into a punch bowl.
Step 4: Add in your milk.
Step 5: …then the ice cream {by scoops} into the punch.
Step 6: Stir & Serve.
Step 7: You can leave the ice-cream partly un-melted for a slushy type punch!
Step 8: Drink Up & Cool Down!
