South Indian Filter Coffee
Instructions:
Step 1: Put 3 tbsp of Continental Malgudi in the upper container of a coffee filter.
Step 2: Fix it on top of the lower container and tap the container gently, so that the powder settles.
Step 3: Bring water to rolling boil and pour it over the coffee powder.
Step 4: Close it with a lid and leave it undisturbed for 10-15 minutes.
Step 5: The coffee decoction will get collected in the lower container.
Step 6: Boil milk and simmer for a few minutes whisking continuously.
Step 7: Pour coffee decoction in a cup and add milk and sugar to taste.
Step 8: If you like strong coffee, add more decoction, if you prefer a milder beverage, add less decoction.
Step 9: Serve hot and frothy in tumbler and davara.
Step 10: Savour the flavour and aroma of a true South Indian filter coffee.
